Our White Whitetails are Leucistic, not albino. They have pink noses and hooves, but they have dark eyes. Sometimes the babies are born pure white, and sometimes they are born this cream color and they turn pure white in a short time.. usually by a few months old. (you can actually see the white spots in the cream color) They are absolutely beautiful.
Leucistic animals have less health issues than pure albino animals have. Albinos are more susceptible to skin cancers and vision problems.
